Our workshop in the North East of England is still making beautiful handcrafted furniture and shelves.
But we hope you understand, we have had to make some necessary changes to the way we work. This is to ensure we are doing all we can to look after the health of our team members and our customers.
Showroom
We have decided to temporarily close our showroom. It is located at our workshop which is the heart of our business, so by closing it we are protecting our workshop team as much as we are the general public.
We will continue to showcase our products on our website, our new blog and our social media channels (@funkychunkyfurniture). You can continue to purchase through our website or via our customer services team.
Customer Services
Joe and Abbie will continue to be able to support you with all your enquiries, but they are now working from home, with secure access to all our systems. The usual lines of communication remain open, and those contact details can be found on our website, here.
We are looking into introducing a Live Chat function onto our website and if that is possible to put in place we will do that as soon as possible.
If you are self-isolating please let customer services know and we can discuss arrangements with our couriers.
Workshop
Our workshop is unaffected and all members of the team continue to be working hard at making your orders. We already have stringent systems in place to protect their health and safety and these have been increased, as you’d expect.
If we have to make further changes to our business we will update you again.
