Our Wansbeck Rustic Bedside Table is handcrafted from solid wood and is a beautifully simple yet rustic addition to your bedroom. Installed onto the wall next to your bed, this solid wood bedside table floats effortlessly, creating the illusion of space in your bedroom.
The Wansbeck floating bedside table has a single storage drawer, a signature design feature of our Wansbeck Bedroom Furniture. The wooden bedside table's drawer is the perfect size for storing your book, tablet, phone and other smaller items. It even has a handy notch on the underside for you to feed your charging wires through into the drawer, for neat and tidy charging of your phone and other electricals. (see images for more information). There's also plenty of space on top of the wooden bedside table for a lamp, clock and other essentials.

Funky Chunky Furniture’s shelves, mantels and furniture are made from sustainably sourced wood. Our wood comes from forests that are maintained following a globally recognised gold-standard of sustainability. Forests that are so well-managed that they help to fight deforestation and protect wildlife habitats for the species that call them home.
Solid Rustic Timber
To make these solid wood bedside tables we select top-quality, unsorted, kiln-dried pine. Each rustic bedside table is cut to size and finished in our signature rustic style. This leaves in lots of natural timber characteristics and features. Mother Nature's own stamp of approval.
In this style, you can expect to find splits, cracks, knots, shakes, waney edges, bows, and twists, along with sanding marks in keeping with the rustic style. These are the qualities that set our furniture apart from the rest. And due to the nature of solid wood, every bedside table will be different. Truly unique. One of a kind.

- Placing your item near a heat source can cause movement within the timber which may exaggerate these natural features.
- All sizes and weights given are approximate. As we only use natural, solid timber, measurements can change slightly from one piece to another.
Five Fine Wax Finishes
To finish our wooden bedside tables we use your choice of one of our supreme wax polishes. The finish is professionally applied with the highest attention to detail. And as the wax soaks into the different grains and features, it enhances their look and brings them to life. The available colours are:

When viewing on screen, colours can look different from one screen to another. This makes it less reliable than seeing the real finished timber before your own eyes. Because you want the perfect colour for your home these finishes are available to purchase as small samples.

Please order this item by the 6th of December for guaranteed Pre-Christmas dispatch.
As these solid wood bedside tables are handmade and made-to-order we do require some time for manufacturing. This will normally take 4-5 weeks. They will then be dispatched and will usually be delivered within 1-2 working days to UK mainland. (More remote UK areas and Northern Ireland could see an extra 1-2 days for delivery). It is important to open your delivery as soon as it is received so that this can be checked over, and so that the wood can breathe.
Orders with multiple items will be dispatched according to the longest lead time. To receive your quicker lead time items without having to wait, just place separate orders.
