The Wylam Dining Table Set is a charming solid wood centrepiece for your dining space. At 185cm long, and handcrafted from solid wood, it's a dining set with an impeccable rustic and refined design style.
The Wylam Dining Table and its two Dining Benches make up the Wylam Dining Set. The long wooden dining table has a chunky design that's refined by its hand-sanded, smooth finish. A design that's echoed by the two dining benches, that slide underneath the table for easy storage.

To make these solid wood dining tables and benches we select top quality, unsorted, kiln-dried pine. Each piece is cut to size and then hand-sanded to a sleeker, more refined finish, while still leaving plenty of natural wood features.
These are the qualities that set our furniture apart from the rest. And due to the nature of solid wood every table will be different. Truly unique. One of a kind.
Please note:
- Placing your item near to a heat source can cause movement within the timber which may exaggerate these natural features.
- All sizes and weights given are approximate. As we only use natural, solid timber, measurements can change slightly from one piece to another.
Four Fine Wax Finishes
To finish our wooden dining tables and dining benches we use your choice of one of our supreme wax polishes. The finish is professionally applied with the highest attention to detail. And as the wax soaks into the different grains and features, it enhances their look and brings them to life. The available colours are:
- Walnut
- Teak
- Smoke Pine
- Medium Oak
When viewing on screen, colours can look different from one screen to another. This makes it less reliable than seeing the real finished timber before your own eyes. Because you want the perfect colour for your home these finishes are available to purchase as small samples. You can order your samples here.

Some Simple Assembly Required
Your Wylam dining table and Wylam dining benches will be delivered to you each in three parts - the tabletop or benchtop, and each piece of furniture's two legs. It will also come with simple to follow instructions to ensure the assembly is quick and easy.
We'd recommend assembling it all within the room it is intended to be used in (it's easier than getting it through doors fully assembled!)
Simply place the tabletop and benchtops on the floor, upside down. Screw the legs into position using the screws provided. Then turn them up the right way and place wherever you wish to use it in your home.
Due to the weight of solid wood furniture we would recommend two people are present for assembly.
Care & Clean
Daily care of your Funky Chunky Furniture piece is really simple. Watch our 30second video to find out more.
Your furniture will come with felt protectors, please use these on the bottom of your new furniture to protect your flooring. You will need to make sure that any hard flooring (which includes wood, laminate and vinyl flooring) is completely dry and free from chemical residues before putting your new furniture into place.
As this is a natural wood product with a wax finish any applied force, and friction, can cause the wax to transfer onto surfaces.
If wax transfer does occur we may be able to recommend products to help remove or reduce the appearance of the transfer.
However, we cannot be held responsible for any such incidents, or the use of any products we may suggest. Get in touch with our customer services team for advice.
Future Maintenance With Wax Care Packs
We have wax care packs available to keep your furniture and shelves looking their best. They are great to use every few months to make your piece look brand new all the time. They're also brilliant for fixing any damage. Order your wax care pack here.

Turnaround & Delivery
As our Wylam Dining Tables and Benches are handmade we do require some time for manufacturing.
Please note that our current lead times are 6-8 weeks.
They will then be dispatched with a pallet delivery company. The courier will contact you directly to arrange a delivery date so please ensure to leave a contact number with your order.
The delivery will be a roadside pallet delivery so we recommend that two strong people are available to carry the item into the home. Orders with multiple items will be dispatched according to the longest lead time. To receive your quicker lead time items without having to wait, just place separate orders.
