Setting Up Your SleepSoul Space Mattress

Your SleepSoul Space mattress is delivered vacuumed packed in a box, so that it's easier to move around your home. Before your mattress is ready for use you need to complete the following four simple steps.

They are delivered tightly vacuum packed in plastic wrapping within the cardboard packaging as shown in the pictures. Once you start unwrapping the mattress it opens up quickly and with some pressure. We advise you to ensure the area is clear and free from hazards or breakables.

1. Unbox your SleepSoul mattress in the room where you'll be sleeping on it.
   
2. Remove the cardboard packaging box
3. Put your rolled up mattress on the bed base
4. Next, remove the inner plastic wrap, the mattress will unroll quickly!
5. The mattress will start to expand. In 2 hours it'll be good, but we'd recommend waiting the full 24 hours for it to be fully back to size and shape, when it'll be great!
6. Make your bed, and lie in it! Enjoy unbeatable comfort

Keeping Your Mattress At Its Best

Turning - there's no need to flip your mattress, just rotate it 180degrees every three to six months.

Cleaning - vacuum regularly and spot clean stains, but be careful to not get your mattress too wet, as this can cause damage.

Turnaround & Delivery

Our mattresses can be delivered within a matter of days when purchased on their own. You will receive a dispatch notification once it is on its way to you and it will be dispatched with a pallet delivery company. The courier will contact you directly to arrange a delivery date so please ensure to leave a contact number with your order.

The delivery will be a roadside pallet delivery so we recommend that two strong people are available to carry the items into the home. For queries about the pallet delivery service, please contact us at info@funky-chunky-furniture.co.uk

Orders with multiple items will be dispatched according to the longest lead time. So, if you have ordered a bed and mattress together, the mattress will be delivered alongside the bed, and therefore will not be dispatched until your bed has been handcrafted in our workshop. Please refer to the product page of the bed you are purchasing for an indication of the manufacture time for your piece of furniture.

To receive your quicker lead time items without having to wait, just place separate orders.
