Just like all our furniture and shelves, the Ouseburn Hairpin Coffee Table With Storage is handcrafted and made to order in our workshop in the North East of England.
It is made from solid chunky 2-inch-thick pine wood hand finished in a choice of coloured waxes with hairpin legs and decorative metal made from mild steel. The table top's mid-section deviates at an angle to create a storage section and supporting the table at one end, with on-trend hairpin legs at the other end. Our wood comes from forests that are maintained following a globally recognised gold-standard of sustainability. Solid Rustic Timber
To make these hairpin coffee tables with storage we select top quality, unsorted, kiln-dried pine. Each table is cut to size and finished in our signature rustic style. This leaves in lots of natural timber characteristics and features. Mother Nature's own stamp of approval.
In this style you can expect to find splits, cracks, knots, shakes, waney edges, bows and twists, along with machine marks in keeping with the rustic style. These are the qualities that set our rustic coffee tables apart from the rest. And due to the nature of solid wood every table will be different. Truly unique. One of a kind. Solid timber. Please note that further movement may occur within the timber, particularly if the item is placed near to a heat source, which may exaggerate these natural features.

With five colours of hairpin legs to choose from you can create a really iconic coffee table for your living room. Choose to match your existing colour palette, or go for a bright accent colour, or very fashionable copper. The colour options are:

To finish these chunky wood coffee tables we use your choice of one of our supreme wax polishes. The finish is professionally applied with the highest attention to detail. And as the wax soaks into the different grains and features it enhances their look and brings them to life. The colours are:

- Smoke Pine
- Medium Oak
- Rustic Pine
When viewing on screen, colours can look different from one screen to another. This makes it less reliable than seeing the real finished timber before your own eyes. Because you want the perfect colour for your home these finishes are available to purchase as small samples.

Raw Steel Hairpin Legs & Easy Assembly
These wooden hairpin coffee tables come supplied with your choice of coloured hairpin legs. They aren't attached to the table on delivery and will require some assembly. But do not worry! The assembly is very quick and easy. Place the table top bottom side up. Position the legs in place. Secure the legs to the table with the fixings provided. Flip the table upright onto its legs and position where you like.

With the Christmas break, these lead times may be affected. We appreciate your understanding and patience. It is important to open your delivery as soon as it is received so that this can be checked over, and so that the wood can breathe.
