Terms & Conditions

1) Promoter

The promoter is Funky Chunky Furniture Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”).

2) Promotion period

  • Start: 03 November (00:00 UK time)
  • End: 30 November (23:59 UK time)
  • Weekly “Golden Ticket” winners will be announced each Friday in November.
  • One Grand Prize winner will be announced at the end of November / start of December.

3) Eligibility

  • Open to UK residents aged 18+.
  • Excludes employees of Funky Chunky Furniture and their immediate households.
  • To be eligible for any draw within the period, you must:
    1. Place an order on our website during the promotion period (order time recorded in UK time), and
    2. Be subscribed to our newsletter at the time of the draw.

ü  Existing subscribers qualify automatically when they place an eligible order.

  • One entry per qualifying order. Multiple orders = multiple entries.
  • Orders placed for samples or care packs are excluded and do not count as qualifying orders for entry.

4) How to enter

  • You are automatically entered when you place a qualifying order and are subscribed to our newsletter.
  • If an order is fully refunded or cancelled before a draw takes place, that order’s entry becomes ineligible.
  • Returns after the draw do not affect the outcome, but we reserve the right to verify order status and withhold a prize where fraud or abuse is suspected.

5) Prizes

  • Weekly Prizes: £250 Funky Chunky Furniture digital gift voucher (one winner each Friday in November).
  • Grand Prize: £1,000 Funky Chunky Furniture digital gift voucher (one winner at the end of the campaign).
  • Voucher T&Cs: Vouchers are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and must be used on our website. We may set a reasonable expiry date (not less than 12 months from issue).
  • A weekly winner may still win the grand prize.

6) Winner selection & notification

  • Winners are selected at random from all eligible entries for the relevant draw window.
  • Weekly draws include all eligible orders placed since the previous Friday announcement up to 23:59 (UK) the day before the announcement.
  • We will notify winners by email to the address used at checkout / on the newsletter list.
  • Winners must respond within 14 days to claim; otherwise, we reserve the right to draw an alternative winner.
  • We may publish winners’ first name/initial, surname initial, and county/region.

7) Publicity & content

  • By accepting a prize, winners agree that we may publicly announce their first name/initial, surname initial, and county/region. Any further publicity will be agreed with the winner first.

8) Data protection

  • Personal data will be processed in line with our Privacy Policy and used solely for administration of this promotion and prize fulfilment.
  • You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time; doing so does not invalidate entries already made, provided you were subscribed at the time of the draw.

9) General

  • The promoter’s decision is final; no correspondence will be entered into.
  • We reserve the right to verify eligibility and to disqualify entries reasonably suspected of being fraudulent, bulk, automated, or otherwise in breach of these T&Cs.
  • We reserve the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion for reasons beyond our reasonable control, where it is necessary to do so, while seeking to minimise any impact on participants.
  • Nothing in these T&Cs limits or excludes liability for fraud or for death/personal injury caused by negligence.
  • These T&Cs are governed by English law and the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
