Lead Time Information
As our furniture is handmade, each piece has its own lead time - please refer to the individual product listing for details. Please note this is an approximate guide only and is not guaranteed; your order may be completed slightly earlier or later than indicated. If this would cause any issues, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
For orders containing multiple items, everything will be dispatched together based on the longest lead time in your order.

Shipping Information
The delivery method for your order will vary depending on the items purchased. Furniture orders are delivered by pallet, whilst shelving and accessories are dispatched via courier. Please note that if shelving or accessories are ordered alongside a furniture piece, all items will be consolidated into a pallet delivery.
It is important to be aware that pallet deliveries are roadside only. Our delivery partner is unable to bring items into your home, so we strongly recommend ensuring two strong people are available to assist on the day of delivery.
We ask that all customers review the Delivery & Returns tab on the relevant product listing prior to placing an order, as this contains full delivery and returns information specific to your purchase.

Furniture, Mantels & Shelves Wax Care Pack
Our wax care packs are the ideal way to care for your Funky Chunky Furniture shelves or furniture.
Wood wax has a distinctive finish like no other, and it can highlight all of the natural, unique markings of the wood which is distinctive and aesthetically pleasing. Is also very easy to restore or repair, compared with other finishes such as lacquer and varnish, where the furniture must be sanded back to the bare timber and then re-applied with professional tools.
We understand that accidents happen, so these packs include everything you need to recover your shelf or furniture from bumps, knocks or scrapes that they may take in the home. You can even use them to just keep your items looking in top condition.
Please make sure you select the right Wax Care Pack for your purchase, checking that you're selecting the right finish colour too, to match your items.
These wax care packs are for our pine furniture, pine shelves and mantels, as well as our oak shelves and mantels as they also have a wax finish.
However, if you have purchased our oak furniture you will need to purchase our oak furniture maintenance pack.
