As our furniture is handmade, each piece has its own lead time - please refer to the individual product listing for details. For orders containing multiple items, everything will be dispatched together based on the longest lead time in your order.

The delivery method for your order will vary depending on the items purchased. Furniture orders are delivered by pallet, whilst shelving and accessories are dispatched via courier. Please note that if shelving or accessories are ordered alongside a furniture piece, all items will be consolidated into a pallet delivery.

It is important to be aware that pallet deliveries are roadside only. Our delivery partner is unable to bring items into your home, so we strongly recommend ensuring two strong people are available to assist on the day of delivery.
