Track Your Delivery
Because we make furniture to all different shapes, sizes and weights we use a few different courier options to cover all angles. As well as this, some couriers may only deliver to UK mainland and others may only go to certain isles or beyond into mainland Europe.
To make it as easy as possible for you to know where your order is you will receive an email once it has been dispatched from our workshop. This email will include the courier it has been sent by and a tracking number if applicable. Couriers collect items from us Mon-Fri, so if you receive an order dispatch notification from us over a weekend, your tracking will not become live until Tuesday morning.

They are available Monday to Friday, 8am until 4:30pm. Please note, they do not operate our social media channels, so you are best getting in touch by these options.
Which Is My Courier?
If you have a tracking number and would like to see the progress of your delivery simply click the logo of the courier handling your delivery and use the search options. If you're not sure who your courier is, you can use our handy guide below. Please note that tracking numbers can sometimes take 1-2 hours to register and become available for tracking so they may not instantly work when you receive the dispatch notification email. Couriers collect items from us Mon-Fri, so if you receive an order dispatch notification from us over a weekend, your tracking will not become live until Tuesday morning.
These tracking numbers typically start with "15" and are 10 numbers long. You will have seen the information - DX Express - on your dispatch confirmation email.
Low Cost Parcels
These tracking numbers normally begin with “JD” and are followed by 16 numbers:
UK Mail - Fulfilled by DHL
These tracking numbers are normally 14 numbers long beginning with “313”:
These tracking numbers normally begin with EK and are followed by 9 numbers and end with “GB”:
Orders dispatched via Royal Mail do not receive a tracking number. These are sent on a First Class service and will normally be delivered the next working day after dispatch.
Palletways / Glendale Transport
When your order has been dispatched with Palletways you will receive a phone call directly from them to arrange your delivery date, normally within a couple of working days of dispatch. At this point you can also request your tracking number from them. For updates on your Pallet delivery, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.
