Track Your Delivery
At Funky Chunky Furniture, we craft a wide range of items in all shapes, sizes and weights, so we work with a variety of courier partners to ensure your order reaches you as efficiently as possible.
To keep things simple, you’ll receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched from our workshop. This will include details of the courier handling your delivery, along with a tracking number where applicable. You’ll find the tracking number just above the ‘Items in this Shipment’ section. By clicking the tracking number, you’ll be redirected to the courier’s website where you can view the latest updates on your delivery.
A Note on Non-Trackable Deliveries
Some delivery methods do not include tracking information:
- Small items such as timber samples or wax care packs are sent via Royal Mail First Class and are typically delivered within 2 working days.
- Large furniture pieces are shipped via our pallet delivery partner. This method is also non-trackable, but you’ll receive an email directly from the courier confirming your scheduled delivery date.
Please note: couriers collect from us Monday to Friday. If your dispatch notification arrives over the weekend, tracking links may not become active until Tuesday morning.
