This page sets out the terms and conditions for our "Snap Tag Win" competition.

About The Competition

"Snap Tag Win" is a monthly competition where one lucky entrant can win a £100 voucher to spend on our website.

To Enter

Of course, you have to be in it to win it. So, to take part, it's really simple.
  • Take a photo of your Funky Chunky Furniture purchase
  • Share the picture on either Instagram or Twitter and use the hashtag #fcfhome

    • Winners

    So how do we choose a monthly winner?

  • Funky Chunky Furniture will be monitoring these social media channels and find any posts shared with that hashtag. We will put all those social media accounts into a monthly prize draw.
  • At the end of each month we will pick one winner random from all eligible accounts. The winner will be announced on our Instagram and Twitter accounts and be contacted via the social media channel too with details of how to claim their prize!

    • Prize

    The prize will be one £100 voucher to spend on our website. You'll have a year from the date of issue to spend it on anything you like on our website. The prize is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for its monetary value and can only be used on our website - www.funky-chunky-furniture.co.uk

    Using Your Images

    We love seeing our furniture and accessories in your homes, and so do other customers. So, we'll be sharing competition entry images on our social media and website.

    By taking part in our competition and using the hashtag #fcfhome you are giving us permission to use your image on our website and social media.

    How will Funky Chunky Furniture use your content and other information provided?

    You will retain legal ownership of any rights you own (including copyright) in any photo you upload. However, by using #fcfhome you grant to Funky Chunky Furniture Ltd a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, assignable, sub-licensable licence to use the photo in the manner set out below.

    Funky Chunky Furniture's Webpages and Social Media

    We may use your photo on Funky Chunky Furniture's webpages, as well as our email marketing, and in editorial and advertising content on our social media channels, including, but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and Twitter.

    In addition, by using #fcfhome you also grant Funky Chunky Furniture the right to use your username in connection with the use of your photo.

    Funky Chunky Furniture will choose and publish uploaded photos at its absolute discretion. Funky Chunky Furniture is under no obligation to use any of the photos it seeks permission to use.

    Campaigns and Owned Channel Usage

    If your image is really special, we may want to use your photo in a wider marketing or advertising campaign. This could include using the photo in any of the following formats:

    PPC Advertising, Direct Mail, and Brochures.

    If we’re interested in using your photo for one of these campaigns, we will contact you via social media to ask for your permission and provide you with our terms for usage.

    General Usage Terms

    By using #fcfhome, you warrant and represent that (i) you own all rights (including copyright) in the photo uploaded or, if the photo is subject to third party rights, you have all required licenses, rights, consents and/or permissions to publish the photo and grant the licence described above to Funky Chunky Furniture, and (ii) you are over 18 years of age.

    To the extent permitted by law, you also agree to waive any moral rights you may own in relation to any photos uploaded.

    Funky Chunky Furniture may use, edit, alter, reproduce, translate, publish, or create derivative works from any photo uploaded at Funky Chunky Furniture’s sole discretion.

    Third Party Sites

    Users of the Funky Chunky Furniture site are able to share the photos displayed on Shop Instagram and product pages across their social media.

    Please note that while Funky Chunky Furniture can remove photos from our website, we are unable to nor are we responsible for, the removal of any photos shared or posted by third parties on third party sites which are not under our control. If you wish to report a photo shared on a third-party site, you should contact the third party or third-party site directly.
